I began as Trained by Rae, working with women one-on-one, helping them feel strong again through simple, powerful routines. Over time, those sessions became something more. It was about reconnecting to yourself through movement, finding consistency, and buiding strength.

The Reclaim Method is the next chapter. It’s a full-circle experience that blends fitness, mindset coaching, and reflection. It’s built for real life. For women navigating transitions, burnout, and big goals.

I’m on a mission to help women reset their routines, lose weight sustainably, and feel strong in their bodies.

Fitness, for me, isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about liberation. Strength training and structured movement helped me reclaim my energy, confidence, and routine after burnout. Now, I get to guide other women through that same transformation and that’s what lights me up.

With over a decade of experience in corporate learning, personal training, mindset coaching, and process improvement, I created Reclaim to help high-achieving women reset, rebuild, and return to their strongest, most grounded selves.
